The Sunday Mirror has announced the launch of its new glossy magazine, Notebook, featuring fashion and beauty with a focus on 'making the luxurious attainable'.
The magazine, also available as a standalone paid-for app, hits newsstands this weekend, with Cheryl Cole on the cover, Sara Cox as columnist and Hilary Devey as agony aunt.
